REQUESTING INFORMATION PACKAGE/PROPERTY TOUR

Property tour is available upon request. Information package may be sent upon request by email or fax.
Reviewing information package prior to making a property tour is suggested. Please feel free to ask should you have any questions.

SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION FORM

Once you have decided the property, you will be submitting an application form (LOI) to enter into a lease agreement.
You may be asked to provide a guarantor for the lease agreement.
The owner may reject the application as a result of screening process.
Nippon Tenant Office will make the best effort and assist you in negotiating the lease term with the owner.

ENTERING INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT

Lease Agreement will be executed after determining the signing date agreed by the mutual parties. Signing of the Lease Agreement will take place with both the lessee and the lessor present. Nippon Tenant Office will ensure to explain the detail information to comply with the real estate brokerage law. Lessee and the guarantor will be required to submit requested documents.
Requested documents may differ by property and lessor.
